My stay at the National Zermatt was fantastic overall. The location, right across from the Sunnegga lift, was ideal for skiing, and the views of the Matterhorn from my room were simply amazing. I enjoyed the spacious and well-designed family room, which offered both comfort and privacy for my family. However, it would have been nice if the wellness area could stay open a bit later than 8 PM to enjoy after a long day on the slopes.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel National Zermatt, with its stunning views of the Matterhorn and a great location just steps from the ski lift. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, and the wellness facilities were a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. However, the lack of air conditioning in the room made sleeping a bit uncomfortable during warm nights.
